Shipping:

We do our best to send out all orders the same day the order is placed.  However, orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may not be shipped until the following business day.  The majority of our orders are sent via United States Postal Service which maintains an average delivery time frame of 2-3 days for most areas.  Although the United States Postal Service does not guarantee that time frame.

Some larger and/or heavier items may be shipped using UPS Ground at our discretion, however, please keep in mind that UPS does not deliver packages to P.O. Boxes.

We do ship to APO boxes.

International Customers - Please Note - The shipping amount listed during the checkout process is for orders shipping within the United States, if your order is shipping outside the United States and your shipping exceeds the amount listed you will be contacted for your approval with the actual shipping cost before we process your order.

Returns:

If you receive the wrong item or size we will make it right with you and cover the return shipping of the item and send out the correct item ASAP.

If you place an order for an item and receive the item that you ordered but need to return it, you can return for a refund (minus shipping charges) or exchange it within 14 days of receiving the item "if" the item is undamaged, unused, and in the original packaging and "new" condition.  However, there may be a 10% restocking fee associated with the acceptance of the return and the return shipping of the item(s) will be the responsibility of the customer. 

If you return an item after the 14 day time frame or we suspect an item has been used or the item is not ours, the merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense.

If you return an item you will have the option of receiving a credit to be used towards another item or a refund.  If a refund is requested the refund amount will be processed back to you the same way the purchase was made.  For example, if you paid using a credit card your credit card will be refunded.

There are no refunds on custom made items, unless there is an issue with the construction/workmanship of the item(s).  If there is a concern in regards to the construction/workmanship of the item(s), please contact us directly with pictures of your concerns so we can address them and determine the proper course of action to remedy your concerns.
